As the founder of Avents Consulting LLC, Alonzo brings over 16 years of experience as a Radiation Protection Specialist and three years of consulting and leadership development expertise to his clients, which include small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Alonzo is a certified Extreme Execution Coach through Dr. Eric Thomas’ Flight Assessment system, utilizing DISC theory to unlock team potential, enhance communication, and ensure role alignment for maximum productivity. His consulting focus includes leadership development, team synergy, and talent acquisition strategies tailored to each organization’s culture and goals.
A sought-after workshop facilitator and strategic advisor, Alonzo blends deep technical discipline with purpose-driven leadership, equipping entrepreneurs and business owners with the insight, structure, and confidence to scale. His work is fueled by a calling to improve the quality of life for those he serves, especially emerging leaders and entrepreneurs navigating their next level.
Outside of consulting, Alonzo is also a real estate investor, community advocate, serves on the Board of Directors for King’s Accountability Group, and faith-based leader based in Columbia, South Carolina.
